My unit is several years old and I'm suspecting my microphone is dirty. This video helps me understand the internal design, but I'm still questioning the 2nd "noise cancellation" mic's location.
I opened my M155 on the wrong side. I pried it open on the microphone side where the the two slits are. And now when I snap it back, it won't snap. It does close but it won't stay put. 😟
Hi, do you happen to have a picture of the connection of the speaker wires? mi plantronics came with the two headset-wires disconnected and I don´t know were to solder them
I have an M70 and will assume it's probably put together the say way, although the style is a bit different. Mine works, but will not charge at all. Tried several charging cables, but to no avail. This is my 5th Plantronics and they all die the same way - they stop charging or won't power on. :( Maybe I'll get something different next time.
If the charging port is fine - I assume you haven't used it for a while and the battery is very low... usually this happens with the tablets and phones as well. When the battery goes below a certain level - it won't charge...
i need the part number of the steak knife so i can order the opening tool
Hahaha!!
Ha ha loved the video!! I have the same problem!! The End!

Thank you! My unit has faulty connectors, it is turned on when the switch is off. Hopefully I can remedy this!

Thanks the obvious you have opened the senses for the Plantronics Explorer 350.
Really appreciate the video. Was able to repair my A170 :) FYI - A medium/heavy guitar pick makes a great prying tool.
