Who wants complication, right? Some people might relish over the comprehensive set of features found with today's modern Bluetooth headsets, but for those looking to get the basics without forking over their life savings, the Plantronics Marque 2 aims to please the masses with its duty of being an entry-level headset. Brandishing a $59.99 cost, let's hope that this no-fluffs Bluetooth headset doesn't compromise in the quality department...

I just got my Marque 2 today and so far I'm loving it. I'll get a chance to test it out in other environments soon. Great video, John! :-D

I believe it's pronounced 'Mark' not "marquee". Another big thing the review is completely wrong about is the volume button. it has the appearance of being a single button but does in fact have an 'up' and 'down' function to increase volume or turn it down to mute. The review is made less valuable by presenting incorrect information.

I've gotta say I'm a little disappointed in mine. I bought it based on your review. They are always so informative so thank you for that. Unfortunately my Marque 2 will not work with voice command on my iPhone (like Answer) and the find my headset app says it's not compatible with my device :( I think I will be taking mine back.

I would think that this is an entry level due to its low cost. I paid 45$'s (just had to do that) and compare that to a Bluetooth at 200$'s (love it) ones I would think referring to this one entry level would be in order, but entry level could be replaced with economical. Anyway for a few $'s (can't stop) my cell overly smart phone has in my opinion now been Out Smarted. FR Merry Christmas !

Why in the world,do you call this an "entry level" headset???
I saw the vid on the M55 again from phonearena and they called that one an entry level also.
    What is NOT entry level?
Is it cost that determines this "level"?
This is definitely NOT an entry level headset!!!!!!!!

+Gus Hayabusa I would say entry level is anything under 50-60 bucks. This one is 32 bucks on amazon. I would say the $100-200 range isn't entry level. Like the Voyager Pro HD or Jabra Eclipse. The better headsets have longer battery life, and much better noise reduction circuitry. Also, they are usually more comfortable and can be worn all day.

      Maybe now it is 32$..
      Then it was 50$+
      So, not an entry level

Reviewing bluetooth headset without providing audio sample. Fail.

Come on, give him a break, his face is not that old. He started showing his face about a month or two ago... I've been subscribed to PhoneArena for years, and from time to time I HAVE to take 3-4-5 month brakes from watching RUclips videos, because of various reasons (hard work at school, going away in a place without internet).. and I could have easily missed the first time something new happens too, that doesn't mean I'm new to a channel...

I have one of those and like it, but got an ATT headset since I thought that I was having problems with it, but found that it was the person I was talking to on the other end of my call.
