I live 15-20 minutes from the beach and I can't afford it and thinking apple valley, but I am afraid I will not be able to stand the desert landscape as I am very visual and affected by my environment for my productivity. Are there areas with alot of lush landscape?? And how are the high schools in the area?
Hi. I live in Apple Valley after living in Temecula area, Phelan, Pinon Hills, Victorville, Hesperia... The entire desert is brown...if you like to see green it's going to be tough but I have a tip. Have you checked out Spring Valley Lake in Victorville? Private lake, beaches, parks & there is a country club with a great golf course, private dining, pool, gym...etc. One of my offices is in SVL and every time I drive in it feels like Orange County. Once you leave the community you're back to brown though. Does that help? Text me if you want to chat 760-559-4805. Tks for watching!
