When pregnant with my first child I was as far from my mom (Florida:Cal) as possible throwing up everyday last time in labor and crying oh my. Hang in there love. I’m 25 and don’t have kids yet (maybe one day.) and am trying to find that balance in food and exercise, I walk a lot but my food habits are horrible! I struggle with binging a lot and yeah anyways it’s hard but I know I’ll get there eventually, I know I won’t stop trying. Seeing you workout and continuing your healthy habits even while carrying two literal humans inside you is truly inspiring and proves that anything is possible! I'm 17 years old and got the shock of my life a few weeks ago and found out I'm pregnant- 2 months. I took is so hard because it wasn't consented (if you get my drift), I'm only 17, I'm dealing with what happened to me to end up pregnant, and that my body is changing because of it (I already bad body image issues). This video has helped me so freaking much for some reason. I don't know why, but it has. Thankyou so much❤
I hope that you'll be okey both mentally and physically and that you're babys going to be healthy too! Remember: You are strong and you can deal with everything that comes into your way! Honestly i cannot tell you anything that will help you to deal with what you went through just don't give up on your journey of healing When it comes to body image what really helped me to love myself: I've changed my perspective Real beauty comes from within. I did some deep soul searching, analyzed myself, understood what shaped me to become the person i am, i listed everything, things i regret, i want to change, my bad habits, weaknesses, achievements, what kind of person i want to become, full honesty about everything etc. These things (and a lot of fails) helped my to become a better person, and mentally healthier, and i started to pay attention to my physical health. More fruites, vegetables, water, joga. And i started this because i am grateful for my body, i am grateful that i can dance sing see breath hear and everything else, and i want to maintain my health, not because i want to look a certain way. So what im trying to say is, that be honest and know yourself, be grateful for everything good you have, and be as healthy as you can be both mentally and physically, do it for yourself, (not because of a trend or current beauty standard), and just know what really matters ahh sorry i wrote a lot anyways i wish you the best! 💕
