I love how this sounds! And props for making it a stereo pedal!!!!
Madison, Emily and Yvette are really going to make any pedal sound great but props for having all three here :)
That harp sounded fantastic.
I don't really use compressors, but I have to admit this sounds pretty good...might try it on my stereo delay's wet signal.
An excellent trifecta of players!
🥂
@@UniversalAudio Erghh excuse me while I puke on my shoes x
I love UA . And I don’t know what I would do without my Apollos and plug-ins, however I can’t understand why anybody in 2023 wouldn’t put midi capabilities in anything live or studio. Especially if you already have a USB port in an app for the pedal. I would’ve probably bought all of their pedals, but I just sold a bunch of stuff that doesn’t have Midi so it wouldn’t make much sense. Don’t get me wrong. I love to tweak knobs, but there are so many benefits with having a Midi in Studio and live, creating presets, timing etc.. I really hope they get on board with it 100%. It would be amazing. Not to mention it so much easier to use these days with midi learn, apps , etc..
Whats the title for the first song?
Question: Is it normal for this pedal to get hot? I just got it and noticed that it gets hot like a tube preamp, why is that?
Yes, there's a lot of computing power happening in there. 👍🏻
I wonder how recording vocals through this would sound? I'd love to have a vocal version of this.
I've been loving using mine for vocals, especially live
@@jackcampbell3356is the preamp powerful enough to lift a mic signal?
This pedal looks really interesting! Two Questions: Can I use it on Bass? and Can I use it like I use my AMPs Loop (FX-Send/FX-Return) with 4 cable method? it is really important for me to put delay/reverb after Dist/OD
yes!! It's great on most basses. We have seen some users with very hot active basses have issues with the 610 preamp distorting a bit early, but most basses players love it. You CAN put it in an effects loop for parallel operation, but Max doesn't have 4 cable mode. Only Dream, Ruby, and Woodrow have it.
Madison is the coolest
She must be the first artist? I know Yvette and Emily. Yeah, I liked what I heard from all these artists. What is Madison's full name?
Madison❤
Madison’s got the feel
Madison Cunningham can play guitar through a pickle and make it sound like a million dollars.
More like play through a million dollars and make it sound like a pickle 🥒
I don’t get it tell us what it compares to and show us before an after using the plug-in
Great video and great guests!
Not a single guitar tone that i loved here, but hey Harp sounded great.
Yeah, those guitars sounded awful. I don't know why anyone would purposefully use tones like that. But that harp sounded fantastic.
Smart advertising, three ladies who are equally sick in their own ways
Err puke on my shoes
Is this supposed to sound... good?
I agree. They even made some comment about “vintage tone”, but in my 63 years I’ve never heard anything this awful outside the guitar center showroom!
Do not buy this pedal for bass! UA is “exploring options” to make it not distort on an electric bass, but at the time i do not recommend this at all!
Indeed, it's a guitar pedal. 😀Many bassists DO have success with it and we ARE exploring options for those high output basses. Stay tuned and thanks for your interest in our products.
Really should have just let Yvette do the whole demo 😅
catty!
I love her work, but no.
The harp sounded good, the other two really did not! UA, are you trying to sabotage your sales?
This video is absolutely terrible at marketing this pedal, and I love all these musicians but come on.
Exactly!!! WTF are they trying to do here?!?!
@@bugsie857 They are giving us boners and I for one won't stand for it!!!! At least not right this moment... give me 5 minutes and I'll stand.
I love how UA was like, "Quick...find only chicks for this video! The virtue signaling thing is hot right now! WE NEED CHICKS! And if any aren't white, you get an extra $100!"
Meh, still better than most of the industry going "ew, chicks playing music" like a bunch of prepubescent boys for most of the last century... Or you in that comment.
These paddles are a rip off😂
So UAD, a legendary pro audio company puts out a clipped recording, it's beyond embarrassing... All the players are bland as, playing beginner level stuff. UAD making a mockery of itself... Would you trust their products if they can't even keep the signal from clipping ?
These recordings aren’t clipping though? It’s analog saturation caused by the compression of the signal, as well as the preamp. Particularly on the 1176, you can get some nice analog saturation by adjusting the attack and release of the compressor.
Additionally, the players including are playing things that fit their style of music quite well, and if you would go and listen to their work, you would see that they know what they’re talking about and have great musical and songwriting chops.
Let's see you play the freaking harp then, oyster boy.

Men are going to buy these pedals. Sorry UAD :sssssssss))))))
