Getting visa on time is the big problem here in Sweden. If you are trying to be student they are very unethical , unorganized and unprofessional too and they do not respect the time of other people.
Yes, I can understand you pain. This has been in news here as well. it’s not only about fresh visa but also for renewing visas too. As they have lots of refugees from Ukraine the visa processing time has increased drastically. In 2021 our visa application was processed in 7 days and now it is taking around 5 months.
so no office break? coffee?
Of course you can take breaks, sit on chill out area and have a coffee with colleague but that happens once in a while. Its not same as in India where you have scheduled break like at 4PM we go for a tea break. You can take as many breaks as you want. There is no official restriction but you won't find people to chill out with as everybody is trying to wrap up for the day.

Yes, workout on the way to work. We wear 2 to 3 layers when going outside. Rooms are heated so you can be in a T-shirt inside.
Tourist visa convert to work visa?
I am not sure if there is any option to convert tourist to work visa? We got work visa from our employer.
