Love this video. Keep doing the best work.
I would like to add some points as well.
Weather is even not good in pune or Bengaluru now, summer is too harsh there.
On missing families, even if you live in Bengaluru or Pune you are going to miss them as most of us are working out of home city in India.
Healthcare system is indeed broken but since its free you need to compare Indian government hospitals wrt infrastructure and patient management.
    Some key missing points:
    Air quality
    Free school/college education
    Non judgemental society 😀
    Diversity

So true. I agree with your views.
It is not always about money , one should consider the life experiences and quality of life as well.
Going back is always an option.
Thank you for sharing this video.

I am also in the exact same Dilemma. should I move to Sweden or not.
I have 10 years of experience IT profession and got a job in Sweden.
But I'm the only person working in my family, not the wife. What should I do? Can I take your personal consultation somehow?

Ur points are very very useful and apt. Covers all my questions.
However, want to know more about how kids will adapt at age 10-12. What they go thru? How do they make new friends after having best of best childhood friends till this age. And suddenly they have to leave their friends in India.
And pls tell about college education? Is this a good enough reason to shift? Will kids get better opportunities? Do universities have english courses in all streams?

One of my colleague shifted with this age kids. I will check with her and reply.
Education system is totally different than in India. They have very beautiful libraries and most universities have exchange programs so you can have one semester in a different country. As I did my graduation from India so don’t know much. Will check this as well.
