One of the best videos you’ve made in a long time. Love this. No words. No promo. No product. Just a man on his journey to being his best self. Nick is the brand. This is why we come here. Hybrid athletics has become a trendy subject now… but Nick embraces it in a special way… and archiving his journey is what brought me here years ago. It’s what lit the fire for me. Very thankful. More of this… please! 💪
Yesterday I was to move up from 2 miles to 3 miles on my runs for the week. I had a bad day, was sore, and just didn’t want to run. But I got to that 2 miles, and I thought of Nick, and thought “just do it, just go one more”. I did that, and was my fastest mile of the entire run. It sounds like a simple and basic motivational quote, but when you think of what Nick has accomplished and his mindset, it means so much more
You run to fast for a beginner. Try to run slower and build up slowly more miles before getting an injury. Try to find a good training schedule. Faster is not always better. Do with the advice you want to do with.
40 years 6’3 252lbs and u brotha have inspired me to run again. I’ve been lifting for 15 years. Ive dodged cardio most of those years. But as of a week ago watching ur videos. I’m back to running. It’s time to shed this body fat. Once and for all. Thank you young man
Another amazing video. These no words needed videos have been game changers. It’s been about a month since rotator cuff surgery and videos like this have pushed me to “Go One More” mile on walks and light runs. Thank You so much for your inspiration.
I want to powerlifting, but still recovering from a torn lat. I want to run, but right foot is bone on bone and has limited ROM. I can still hike, but only with a lot of pain. I have a Tough Mudder in September to train for, just fighting depression at the moment. But this video brought a smile to my face. I could smell the woods. I could feel the weights. Thanks. I plan to be back in the gym and back on the trails soon. God bless.
we all have injuries we’re going to have to deal with. I’m currently coming off almost 3 months of rehab on my right side after a freak pinched nerve. It’s all good! In the grand scheme of our lifting careers these injuries are tiny blips.
Sorry to read you're dealing with depression, It's something I've managed my whole life and usually down to past injuries too! Giving your body time to heal without pushing too much through pain is important and keeping the mind busy in other activities can work wonders too. Good luck.
I’d like to see a video on blood work after intensive training sessions the day after and 5 days after lifting and running. I’m being told my liver enzymes are way too high but I’m training a hybrid method. Push pull leg sessions with distance cycling at tempo
There's always going to be people complaining about anything. You can't please all the people all of the time and you shouldn't even try. Who cares about the ones that don't like it.
I’ve been bodybuilding for a decade now (recreationally). Last year I made the transition to powerlifting. Competed in April where I hit my all-time goal of a 1,300 total at 6’3” 189 pounds. Now I have post-meet blues. I don’t have any goals any more. Watching Nick Bare Inspires me to demand greatness. Tried to get into running as I’m a U.S. Marine stationed in Japan but EVERY time I run I get right knee pain and shin splints in BOTH knees 😭 I’m at a loss. There’s 0 pain when I squat? But when I go hiking it acts up… Biking’s okay unless it’s a LONG distance (40 miles). Any suggestions?
I just started following you brother and I appreciate all your content and advice. I'm a fellow veteran with tip top weight being at 215 and I'm starting to build my endurance and stamina through running to become a hybrid athlete. Keep up the good work 🫡
Didn’t watch video but assuming hybrid athlete means run and lift. I just want y’all to understand it’s almost impossible to bulk up while being a distance runner running 50 miles a week. Nick bare himself started his fitness as a lifter/power lifter and THEN started running. So if you want to a hybrid athlete I strongly recommend bulking up FIRST getting your lifts up like deadlift squat and bench and ohp and THEN incorporate running. I’m just saying…
hey Nick, hope all is well. I have been following you for a while and I recall you used to run a lot in a weight vest. I was wondering if you can do a video to review if there were any benefits you gained from those weighted runs that you are still using as hybrid athlete, whether during your marathon preparations or gym work. How did the weight vest running benefit you? Please let me know
Seriously, you guys should make movies. This felt like a tense intro to a blue collar character about to fight his step brother in a main event while dealing with the emotional truama of their father. I was INVESTED. Where's the rest?
Dude. I've always struggled to build muscle. I just like stay skinny, I know I need to eat way more to like build that substantial muscle. I fucked up my body and like cut to 5% BFP from 16-18, went from 12% healthy lean and strong at 165 to 145 and broken, then went to boot camp and my autoimmune flared up. It ended up costing me my NROTC scholarship and they DQ'd me on the DODMERB. I wanna build a dope brand, I wanna build that insane hybrid performance you got. I know I need to be patient and like just focus on building that strength and size, but do you have any strategy for how I can balance that performance (i.e. running and rucking, calloused mind type...) and growth (building actual muscle and recovering). I'm also like 21, college dropout, and taking an odd route of entrepreneur stuff, sales, marketing, and I really wanna be someone who can serve the world by helping elevate human performance. It was really hard for me to let go of college, but i realized I was just going for social acceptance so I wouldn't feel like a failure and be seen failing if business didn't work. I know I'm spilling a f*ck tonne of information, but you're just locked in and pretty much my definition of success in like every way. I wanna leverage my learning and stories from boot camp at NSTC in Great Lakes, IL, and all those mental toughness works they put us through. I feel like my generation really struggles in that area and I want to build a brotherhood of homies that are out there making a difference and pushing themselves to lead by example (military ethos, but civilian career pursuits). My dream is to build an academy where kids earn nominations and compete to earn full ride "scholarships" to learn everything they need to succeed in the world of business, doing the real work, building and launching products, leadership training, hell week, all that fun haha. I feel disqualified, but all the pastors (and Ed Mylett) would say that's why I'm qualified - lol. I've been a coach for a while, and I love working with high performers. Right now I have someone who's wants to become a great actor, another military guy, and a girl who wants to hit pro pickleball. Those clients are huge to me. I'm working at a venture studio, doing marketing campaigns and content for them, and I'm considering hitting up an online sales closer job since I've been trained in sales through various programs I invested in when I started my coaching business in 2021. ANYWAY, with that context, I can tell you have so much experience in human performance and crushing on RUclips, 928 VIDEOS?!? - insane consistency over 7+ years). Am I on track? Am I nuts?
I don't want to be another guru selling bullshit on the internet. I want to actually help bros make it out and make a difference in their families' lives.
I work a 7-4, I workout and run everyday, I don’t consider myself a hybrid athlete just because I do those things? You don’t need anybody to motivate you but yourself!
I’m trying to become a hybrid athlete (running and strength training) but I’m having a hard time building a workout routine to go along with the running. I know I can be overthinking it a little bit but I’m currently in a rut. I don’t know what split I want to do, I have two jobs so it’s hard to balance life, work and fitness. Any suggestions? I would greatly appreciate it!
Any physique is attainable without supplements but a proper nutrition is needed. Supplements are just what they are, they’re there to “supplement” a good diet. But the key is hard work and consistency. Of course genetics play a factor too. I personally like his supplements and although they’re a bit on the pricier side I think they’re good quality and help me bridge the nutritional gap in my diet.
Being around Austin, TX Nick is around some great BJJ schools. It'd be cool to see a series where Nick dives into BJJ, documents his training process, and then competes in a tournament.

no promo? did you miss the perfectly placed "GO ONE MORE" logo on the barbell? I love Nick but come on man lol
@@averagedonnie7858 hahaha! Yeah I did see that but it’s less promo than BPN has been doing. But totally fair to call me out 🤣
This is a whole promo for the brand, not knocking it, but everything they post is a promo for the brand and Nick is the face of it.
Slurp.
If you think this, you must have missed the video.

Back to what BPN is about. I’ve definitely missed videos like this. There was no direct message marketed, but the real message hits DEEP.
What does BPN mean?
40 years 6’3 252lbs and u brotha have inspired me to run again. I’ve been lifting for 15 years. Ive dodged cardio most of those years. But as of a week ago watching ur videos. I’m back to running. It’s time to shed this body fat. Once and for all. Thank you young man
And thank you young man for this comment. This is very motivating and inspiring! Go get it brother 💪🏼
I Think We All Wants To See More Of This Type Of Work ( Creativity )

Labrum and bicep tear, S1-L3 herniation, and ACL surgery within a 3 year period. I feel you man 😂
Sorry to read you're dealing with depression, It's something I've managed my whole life and usually down to past injuries too! Giving your body time to heal without pushing too much through pain is important and keeping the mind busy in other activities can work wonders too. Good luck.
In miss those daily simple video vlogs Nick!
Same. Everything is a commercial now which i get
You don't have to. You can go and watch them right now
Absolutely loved this! Nice to see some fresh content. No words needed. I’m ready to continue my journey.

Great video! Really enjoyed it. Keep up the great work.💪💪
Loved this Video Nick! It just shows day in and day out what hard work and discipline do! Would love to see you run the Boston Marathon!
Inspiring stuff. Nicely shot too. Just wish it was longer 👏
The man, the music, the typography. Perfection.
The coldest intro you have had besides the first sub 3 marathon video.
would love love love more videos like this, there's just something to em.
I’d like to see a video on blood work after intensive training sessions the day after and 5 days after lifting and running. I’m being told my liver enzymes are way too high but I’m training a hybrid method. Push pull leg sessions with distance cycling at tempo
Nick Bare... you are a hero. Keep up the good work.
Great work! 💯💪
Cinematic masterpiece
There is only one you, keep it original, make it yours
Perfectly put.
I don’t understand all the hate in the comments on his videos lately? I think Nick makes great, motivational content.
There's always going to be people complaining about anything. You can't please all the people all of the time and you shouldn't even try. Who cares about the ones that don't like it.
A lot of people who are unhappy with themselves just trying to feel important by saying sh*tty things about everyone else 😊
Like from Spain. Good luck with your next training day. A nice weekend for everyone.
Amazing video. Thank you nick 🙏
Just down to business! The best !
Motivation! Not going to lie I thought you were going to pop out of the Moss at the end...

Some serious Rocky workout montage vibes!

Yes. More of this.
And that my man, is what it looks like to work.
Love this! Gotta ask though, how often do you go through a pair of shoes? 🏃🏽♂️
Do you use a GoPro or your phone when you film yourself running?
Nice one!
Actions speak for you🏆🏆
Solid inspiration.
This got me hyped. Sometimes work is the only answer. Get back to the lab
Seriously, you guys should make movies. This felt like a tense intro to a blue collar character about to fight his step brother in a main event while dealing with the emotional truama of their father. I was INVESTED. Where's the rest?
Inspiration.
Bro is training to be Spartan 117🫡
Feels like a trailer to a mainstream movie
Those solitary runs must be so nice. Spend most of my time running in traffic.
This was awesome bro!
Go One More 👊
Amazing video bro!!!
Such a tease! lol. Great video
Creative Flow Go One More!
Awesome video!!
Oh let’s fucking GO
This was literally my day

The beaty in the video is that no one sees al the small (and sometimes big) struggels you have te go through everday.
Thanks!
Love these silent films.
Well I was gonna sleep in this morning, but you can now scrap that idea. Time to pound the pavement.
like Nick said : beautiful
I work a 7-4, I workout and run everyday, I don’t consider myself a hybrid athlete just because I do those things? You don’t need anybody to motivate you but yourself!
I’m sitting at 214lbs I find running hard on my hips from Airborne jumps. What can replace running for the mean time till I drop weight
how does Nick's hybrid training fitness app compare to BPN's free workout app?
El mejor video me encanto
It really is the best!
GO ONE MORE
Very nice
That was a cool video
Hell yeah!
So Rugby players pretty much
And all the other sports. Simply being an Athlete.
When is the podcast
Anyone know the background music??
Reppin the blue cord (Fellow Infantryman here)
Let’s. F*ck*n. Go.

You’re making it more complicated than it needs to be. Literally just don’t run on leg days. That’s it.
Is this physique attainable naturally? Or do I need to take his supplements?
It probably is, just be patient and stay consistent
If Nick is a clean athlete then the sky is green.
genetics play a huge part. His dad is in pretty good shape but i doubt he isnt taking something to help with the grind.

Yeah Eminem - Superman

The road less traveled
Is it hard being a hybrid?
Edwin Warner Park??
Has to be. Thought the same when i saw it. Left much sweat om that road. Great summer run spot when regular roads get blasted by blazing sun.
