Amazing masterclass in making Orange and Passion Fruit cream cake. But I would have used proper Oranges and not tinned Oranges, as they are zesty and more juicy than the tinned ones. But even still I enjoyed your video and it is amazing what you do and how much pride you love making cakes👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Great video. Would be better with English subtitles. I have a great respect for the chef whipping eggs and sugar over the flames. Mine would've turned to scrambled eggs lol xx
