He smarter than ppl think… it’s always the artist like him that b really gettin that bag
True you’re definitely right bro that’s why a lot of underground trap artist have a lot of money cuz they used the trap money to invest in their own music
He does pimping also.
Check out his interview on million dollars worth of game… he break down the whole music business 🔥🔥
He’s been in around the music business since childhood, born into the game! Proud of his success and business acumen💯
If yall would take some time to do a little research then you’d figure this out yourself. 900k monthly listeners on Spotify is a pretty penny and that’s just 1 revenue stream off 1 DSP.
Hearing Sauce say he was hanging with Famous Dex is crazy if you been around from the beginning of Sauce career😂 Dex the only one that admitted he stole the Sauce, so I can see Sauce forgiving him
Naw fr mf started calling irv twin then made drip from my walk 😂
Alot of rappers stole sauce whole swag and persona
@@kebokev7519 I know my guy. I’m from here and saw his whole come up. The “Wack to Wack” diss so underrated😂 Like that shit up there with Kendrick diss to Drake but he didn’t have the following he has now to push it back then
@@tarrellsmith3260 dex was doin the dance and hanging with rizzo rizzo. Still shocked he went with rich a year later
@@tarrellsmith3260facts cause he smoked Drake on there with facts & the commentary at the end had me weak AF… day 1 fan
Sauce the smartest rapper. He speaks well about any topic.
thank you kev!!!! Please keep asking about streaming revenue. Its the most interesting content for how the business works in modern times.

@@1beatsbytdot what I find hard to understand is DJ Paul (who owns his own music, makes beats for everyone, and owns a big percent of 3-6 mafia (who get sampled a lot)) always claims there is no money in streaming
WHATS THERE TO TALK ABOUT?YOU GET PEANUTS BECAUSE OF THE BUSINESS MODEL BUT IT CAN MAKE PEOPLE WANT TO SEE YOUR LIVE SHOWS WHICH IS 95% OF ARTIST REVENUE..
@@drewdrewson1384BECAUSE ITS NOT..DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH A STREAM PAYS?SAUCE IS DOING WHAT MOST ARTIST DO AND JUMBLE NUMBERS FOR A INTERVIEW..YOU CAN LOOK UP HOW MUCH A STREAM PAYS FROM SPOTIFY AND ITS ALOT OF FACTORS WITH THAT..
@@drewdrewson1384THE BUSINESS MODEL FOR STREAMING WAS CREATED TO BE BAD UNLESS YOU ARE THE BIG 3 RECORD COMPANIES WHO OWNS THE CATALOG..THE STREAMING COMPANIES HAVE TO GIVE THE BIG 3 RECORD COMPANIES OWNERSHIP IN THEIR COMPANY..

I love the way the music business is structured. You can really get rich as fuck owning music if you know what you’re doing
Such a smart hustler man…. Sauce got me looking up compound interest and maybe many of you already knew what that was but I enjoyed learning on that.
He takes good care of all his ppl, they stay loyal to the soil and dude makes $ in his sleep because of this, he's smart enough to make it the long way not the fast wrong way

I am blown away by this man’s intelligence. Honestly, no joking.
I learned a lot listening to this. Some extra sauce dropped on this clip.
Kev breathing on the mic like Big Perk on the show with Stephen A Smith
this actually made me reconsider content creation as a whole
sauce walka always dropping gems
5:52 this is the key and probably explains why you don’t hear stories of sauce arguing with his artists on line, everyone is eating well on his label, that’s amazing 👏
Great content love homies approach to business something I’ve been trying to master
Can’t get anymore motivational for an upcoming artist than this shit, thanks
Dude is on top of his shit, smart guy please give the game to some of these young bulls out here
Sauce head is bigger than music. He’s applying it to music when that’s owned already. It’s owned by everyone who plays the music. He needs to have a company that people go to in exchange for their needs or entertainment to surpass the millions and into the billions. And that’s not a label. The labels provide the music, they don’t play it.
Keep building
@@PoeDaddyRay you right
@@aarongdukey I’m talking bout keeping typing , wanna hear more
Tory Lanez was targeted for this exact reason. IYKYK
@@PoeDaddyRay where do people go for music, RUclips Spotify Apple Music SoundCloud. And these things are driven solely by ads and promotion from artists putting their music on there. These guys can partner with Techs and coders to create sites and apps and their fame alone would drive people to use them. Usually you hide who created the sites or music platform so that there’s no bias in using it. They definitely have enough money to do this. It’s just that the companies that be don’t want that competition. And they NEED these artists to survive. Whether it be music, visual art like movies and shows, or just straight up live streaming. They need these people. But the artists feel like they need them. If Jay Z made a music streaming platform, he’d have success in it, but why hasn’t he? Same thing for any actor or directo. Look at what Tyler Perry is doing. Having a channel and recording studios and sht. It’s most likely an unwritten rule in the game that you can’t do this on your own will or accord. They’ll prolly get rid of you for even trying to do so, like Tory. Even making your own label commercial is risky.
This man beyond smart
People make Empire look bigger than it is
Sauce smart af and watches Invincible. Legendary!
Damn sauce been pulling up everywhere 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Sauce really broke down the game. New artists need to reeeeeeally get up on this good game. This is BEAUTIFUL to see. Who else is big bossin' like this? ❤🔥❤🔥
Stream his music. He’s not working for Khazars, he cares about his craft, he cares about his culture, and he cares about his people. Super solid.

I this guy! He’s good for hip hop
Lil Uzi on Bootleg is crazy!!!
" I love the boys"?.....Nooooo Diddy😅😂😂😂😂😂
Sell to empire and its goodnight
I understand where he’s coming from but if you’re a new artist coming out today right now you should have a balance your most commercial songs on streaming services albums should be direct to consumer at least for the first year after dropping the payout on 1 million streams is less than $3500. I’ve done the research and that’s if you’re not on a label if you’re dope, you’re super fans will buy your album if you can get 1000 real fans to spend 50 or more dollars on you within a year that’s great money if you out here independent and like I said you most commercial songs are still on streaming so if one of them takeoff great but I stand by this direct to consumer for your actual albums
Protect Sauce Walka Man
Are those nunchucks? 🤪👑😎
Damn sauce I didn’t have a clue you were 34

Selling to empire = 💀
Smart move
I knew he was smart… but wow. Bro talking game
I can’t name 2 sauce songs
And he still got more money than you 🤣
Sauce own his artists catalog. What do his artists own ?
When he does a video it’s like 49 dudes there. He got all them lol
He said it’s 50/50 on that
It's possible but his music not worth that much
But if most of the catalog is worthless, what’s the point??
That’s what I am saying. How much can his catalog be worth? I need this to be broken down even further. It takes BILLIONS AND BILLIONS of streams to make real money. I would not think all of his artists COMBINED…including himself..are not getting that many streams. I wonder if this is a way to distract from how most rappers REALLY make money. Those songs are not going to generate income like that. Take Bad Boy. Puffy gave back the publishing after it was not worth anything…and those songs were MAJOR hits. No way he is getting that kinda money if Bad Boy artists songs are dried up..in terms of streams and publishing.
That's why he ain't sell it . Another part of ownership . A method to the madness . Now puff is signed .that make a difference ...sauce ain't telling everybody everything
⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡👁️🪐⚖️🦉

Am I the only one hearing Kev’s heavy ass breathing all the way through the convo?!? Does that foo have a health issue or something?
