That's very nice of you, thanks a lot! Comments like this motivate me to keep going! 🙂 Simplifying is exactly what I try to do here - cool that it seems to work! I have another video already in development that I hope to release in 2 to 3 weeks! Wish I was faster, but I try to make the best of it! 👍

Yes! It's basically just to show two different levels of detail. The left side shows more broad and general shapes that you would start out with while shading. The right side offers a glimpse at more detailed shapes, especially in the cheek, nose and eye area - those that you would continue with while refining your painting! Make sure to watch my intro video to the Asaro head, if you haven't already: ruclips.net/video/bO8QHe82OUI/видео.html 🙂
@@BueskenArt Well I'll be adding to the comments, rating and views. Every little bit helps! Thanks for the tutorials! Some day you'll look back with a big smile on your face, proud of the community you've built. Stay safe, and have a good one! 😄
If I understand you correctly, I think this video will help you out. There I talk about the brightness levels depending on the direction of planes: ruclips.net/video/Ai1rxGiXZTY/видео.html

Can you explain why the asaro head is asymmetrical?
Yes! It's basically just to show two different levels of detail. The left side shows more broad and general shapes that you would start out with while shading. The right side offers a glimpse at more detailed shapes, especially in the cheek, nose and eye area - those that you would continue with while refining your painting!

How do you not have more subscribers?.. Thanks for the videos! +subbed
Thanks! 💪 Well... probably because I don't make videos often enough..? 🤔 Or the RUclips algorithm just hates me. 😉

Thanks, John! I'm grateful for people like you! 💪👍
The main problem here is that do we consider the direction of shade relative to plane? Thats what makes it difficult for me,
If I understand you correctly, I think this video will help you out. There I talk about the brightness levels depending on the direction of planes:
