Fun fact: Pikachu was the cause of the siezers but since they are the mascot of the franchise they blammed Porygon for the incident
Fun fact: the seizures were not actually caused by porygon, but instead by a hyperbeam from pikachu, who got off scot free die to being Pokémons mascot

For the last one, the Pokemon that shook up Japan, I immediately thought Whiscash, as there was an episode, where they were causing earthquakes, that was never aired, as there were big earthquakes in Japan right before that
