Wow Pat some really nice cards in there being a. Charizard fan loved that card for sure. I've been into pokemon for years but still don't own a slab I keep trying to win one but no luck. I'm always on your live but you so popular Pat I never get picked😪. Anyway my answer to your question is yes worth every pennie as a collector to have some of the pieces not seen would be awesome so just me yes a lot of pieces for 2k Pat. PS. Great video 👍

This was a ripoff even if it was $1000. Sorry to state the truth.
A piece of art that takes an hour or two doesn’t magically add $1500 of value on a Pokémon card mystery box. This was a huge profit by the seller and his wife, and they both know it.
5-10 $ each x 25 cubes, being generous, 250$ mats, overpay a mediocre artist $100/hr, give 'em an extra half for fun, $250. Realistically an _artist_ would _try_ to charge $500 for the piece... that'd conservatively need $1500 somehow from the rest of the box, and I didn't see it.
Now _me_ ?? I'd give him $125 max, if I was _both_ a Pokémon and Rubik's Cube, crazy super fan. It was not very good by measure of a person beyond primary school. Also add onto that whatever value you would judge the marketing was by sending a customized gimmick ad as a paid-for prize.

Damn he just got a bunch of cheap cards off eBay and randomly threw them in numbered envelopes. Ripped off big time. That's why I don't buy mystery packs. You're paying someone to rip you off. I'd be really pissed off for what you got compared to what you paid.

Overpaid big time and they threw in a lot of fancy gimmicks to throw you off but made for a fun video at least but not sure that was even 1k in stuff man I'd be livid personally

@@BillieandRubixPokemon Respectfully though he paid for a Pokémon mystery box and that product may have added some value to the box but it added more value to you as promotion on a huge RUclips channel. If anything given the great promotion you got you should have went above and beyond in delivering value but instead put in less than 1k in Pokémon products in a 2k box and added additional self promotion items. Very short sighted thinking, in my opinion.
@@BillieandRubixPokemon Sorry but this is a very weak argument.. The bar to replicate that piece is very very low, we all could do it in an hour. It being made by a Guinness World record holder doesn't increase value whatsoever

I'm amazed that we're bashing other content creators when Pat takes the time to highlight amazing people in the community. What does the value matter, this was an awesome opening and a lot of unique stuff. The fact we're even saying the pika is basic? Shame on you for shitting on an artist. If it's so easy then do it yourself

I think they could have done better for you for $2k by a lot. A lot of weak and cheap stuff thrown in to make it seem like a lot but nothing of big value to bring it up to $2k. Enjoy your content Pat. Don’t feel like you have to support these small channels if they are going to rip you off like that.
For sure it was not worth 2k, you got robbed even for them to be given away. The chap should be ashamed of himself to rob people like that with a good heart. Very sad state of mind.

Not even worth $1k. Too many Chinese cards and low-graded cards. The Babanuki playing cards are fun, but not rare or valuable. Love Cardass, but these were all unpopular normal cards.

I had a bunch when I was like 12 my mom gave them all away im 28 now im old lol idk if it’s too late to start and get into it cause itll probably be hard to find older cards. But How do you guys suggest starting collecting again? just adding up the graded cards you get about $400USD worth of value, the rest of cards would maybe be $500USD on a stretch but there are good cards in those non graded ones that would definitely get the price close to $1k. But that's still a $1k loss, not worth it. i would've paid no more than $750-850 for this mystery box
