Cheeky so and so,s copart! I’ve recently bought one of these after being impressed when I hired one in 2018, they drive really well and quite quick too, good luck with it!
Looks like it's going to be a great crew van for you. How many miles has it done? I like the older vans. I recognise your laugh. Did you make a video about how easy it was to make a electric mountain bike?
For what COPART charge in hidden fees etc I would have expected that van to have been totally valeted, a full engine service & a tank of fuel, They are just licensed con merchants.
Copart has become a complete con, their cars get delivered with undisclosed faults or damage, huge fees and p*ss poor customer service make it a place to avoid. The longer people keep on accepting the hiked prices and poor service, the worse they will get.
Saves Copart using skips to get rid of junk. Fill crash damaged vans with junk then ship them out. Good luck with this one as iv'e heard of some horror stories from this outfit. Wondering if the fuel goes into the employees cars or the works forklift.
They drain the fuel out of all their vehicles and sell to the employees for £1 per litre, max 40ltrs per employee is what I got told by them when I had an interview with them.
@baconbuttties it will make the world of difference, they want good publicity from RUclipsrs, they don't want negative comments with a possibility of losing 10k customers.
This is all i hear on u tube people moaning about co part buying damaged vehicles and the listing and the pictures being different all the fuel being drained and move damage from them being moved with their loaders and they have dumped all the crap in their but people still still keep buying from them but i definitely won't bother company is a complete joke
Negative review of the Copart branch on Google Maps would not come amiss. Might be worth reporting them to their local council for illegal waste handling. Try some of the other more reputable salvage auctions.
getting mud off plastic is a nightmare it takes ages to get it really clean you wipe and wipe and wipe and then when it dry's you get the powder residue.. so you wipe again and it comes back... lol
I bought a lovely Mercedes estate, only 82k on the clock, in pristine condition but written off for.........a broken rear light. Copart is OK as far as I am concerned.
@@baconbuttties I have had three so far and all have been exactly as advertised although I have heard loads of stories from people who have had absolute disasters. Makes me wonder whether it may be specific sites where the management may be more lax. The sites I have used are Sandtoft and York which are both very professional. There is a video on here somewhere that shows a car somebody bought that had no engine in it and Copart failed to mention it! There are several like yours where the car that turns up has been used as a skip after the photos have been taken or parts have mysteriously been removed and Coparts response has apparently been less than sympathetic or helpful. I guess the answer is to make sure you only buy when the price is low enough to cover any mishaps then basically say your prayers! Thanks for the upload.
