Per sq ft it is lower than most similar developments around the KLCC corridor but was told by my friend in KL that the development seems to suffer from some quality issues. Not sure how true is it but there are no less than 40 units available for sale out of the 80 plus units built.

Agreed. No personality. And no name recognition... Avaré? For the same money you can get a unit at a known developer like Ritz-Carlton or St. Regis.
