シチューを自分好みにアレンジしようと思ってこれを一人で考案したことを考えると、寧ろ料理の才能があると言える、頭がおかしいとは勿論思う
誰かが言ってたんだけど、『アルハイゼンは固形のものが食べられるしカーヴェは汁物が食べられる、2人にとっての“理想的状況”』って聞いて感心しちゃった

His specialty dish is actually a nod to his least favorite food, which are stew/soups. He doesn't like them because they're hard to eat while reading so he turned a stew dish (what the original food was) into... not soup XD
Some Genshin character's favorite food aren't necessarily their specialty dishes. Like Bennett is a big fan of meat (and actually says that he's pretty good at cooking them) but his specialty dish is fried egg

Wow I'm almost having difficulties imagining alhaitham going thru all these steps and making this for us.
He went through archon saving quest just to keep him job. So he likely went through trouble just to get the best pizza he want
only a true sociopath like haitham would turn ghorme sabzi into a pizza. I have no trouble imagining him ruining a traditional dish and turning it into a monstrosity to piss ppl like Kaveh off lol

Trivia:
The original dish that this dish is based on (Sabze Meat Stew) is far from the "pizza" depicted here
Alhaitham dislikes soup-like food bc it's hard to eat them while reading, so for his specialty dish he turns a stew into a pizza
Its full name is ghormeh sabzi :) I eat it very often! It’s my favorite food and is definitely not remotely close to pizza 😂
(Also it’s not soup. It’s always mixed with rice from my experiences, so it’s more of a wet rice dish)

@@IAmDAN004 sorry, I hope I can explain properly. You make the stew part separately. It’s a bit watery but has a lot of sabzi (various herbs), beans, and meat inside, so it’s not enough water to be called “soup” I believe. It’s a bit thick, but not like a starchy potato thickness. A lot of the chunk comes from the sabzi.
We place the stew on top/side of our rice or stir it in. So there is still some juices that flow to the bottom of the plate, but not much, and it mixes well and sticks to the rice. Does that make sense?
@@ElLonash perhaps closer to a curry. that thought did cross my mind with the use of spices
@@hattydrago maybe a little akin to curry in thickness, but definitely its own distinct consistency. It’s also not spicy at all. Just tastes very herby and fenugreek-y 🤤

I still smirk when I remember that the original food was actually a kind of soup, but then Alhaitham just changed it into pizza-like, just because he dislike soups. Not that he dislike soups for the taste, but for impraticality ( sorry if I messed up I am still learning english) to eat white reading book. I mean, even in real life almost no one would eat soup or any kind of watery food while reading, so his reasons is understandable

I'm not sure if you have discovered this or not, but fun fact: the reason why Heizou's speciality is katsudon even though it's from katsu sandwich recipe, is because in Japanese detective dramas/movies, detectives/polices gave this to the one they interrogated as a way to force them to remember their parents/families so they confess quickly. Katsudon itself is a comfort food for many japanese people so that's why.

Not gonna lie, lost me a bit on that ketchup as a pizza base part. Seemed like this dish could have used a bit more reasearch. Since it's a pizza version of it's stew counterpart, I don't think the dish has avocado or ketchup. I think it also should have had rice and more herbs added to it. overall it's looks good and maybe thats all that matters on this particular dish, that it looks like the image, not that it necessarily tastes like it.
