@@Ry-tu3ki If you are a Yapper whose fault is that. I am a Yapper, do I love the term? Not always. Can I choose to talk less? Yes. Can I choose to talk more? Yes. Reality is what it is, if you don't like it change it, but you are not a victim because you don't like yourself. So whether someone chooses to cry at a drop of every hat, or glosses their lips every 5 minutes equates. Even someone who has to run to the bathroom every 5 minutes because of some bladder problem or they are pregnant knows before they leave the house in the morning, deal with it then. Don't get to work and cry because everyone calls you Toilet Tom. You have a meeting that can make you billions. @@whitewolf7664 The fact you went into "Can I choose to talk more or less" after BEING CALLED a yapper is the exact reaction which is caused by said label--a negative connotation is attached to those. You admitted you do not enjoy the label, which further proves my point that the "light hearted joke" was underhandedly telling the person that you cry too much, talk too much, and are panicky too much COMPARED to something like "well, haha, I just am obsessed with lipglosses" or "I know everyone!" Or "is always busy", which is astronomically different and I'm not sure why you don't seem to grasp the nuances of that. Not trying to be mean, just genuinely wondering how you are actually blaming those being labelled something with negative connotation for possibly wondering. That's not how a good workplace functions. Devil's advocate: Maybe they do know each other all very well, maybe it's a great tight workplace and this interaction is not negative. That would be WONDERFUL. I'd venture to say that the labels were still noticeable in levels of teasing versus one another. I could care less about these people. I do not know them. I don't know whether they were offended: The point of my position is to question the off handed labels compared, again, to more innocent playful labels. You know, w/o the negative attachments.
I read an article about people crying at work. It actually does not affect their job or their performance. And it was also noted that people who do cry at work and people who do not cry at work, were still given raises and able to move up in the company. so basically it doesn’t necessarily have a bad view or a bad look if you cry at work
I would look for other information from different sources to see the validity in that statement. There has been too much gaslighting in society. I do not know if the article you read is true or not. One article doesn't seem enough to form an opinion, for me.

Or the bathroom/break room. Don’t cry in front of patients when they’re already fearful and stressed. Having emotions is cool. People cry. Totally normal but There’s a time and place.
@@Anabee3or maybe you aren’t reading far enough into this?
These are real people with real feelings. Maybe she can’t help it because she’s an overly emotional person. I’m not sure. But if it’s a sad cry, I feel for her. If she’s just sensitive, that isn’t really something she can help. I understand it’s all fun though.
@@ccl6192 Sometimes that can't be helped.
I'm a person that cries at work, but it's because I have RSD especially around my period.
Now I can potentially hold it for a matter of a few minutes, but if something has upset me, generally there's only so long I can offset crying unfortunately.
Usually if it's possible for me to do so (luckily usually it is) I try to run off and be away from people because I hate being seen crying.
they seem like such a cohesive unit. work families are truly the best🖤🖤
edit: why is my comment so controversial?☠️ i’ve worked in places where it feels like i’m back in high school. and i’ve worked at places where you work longgg shifts with a few coworkers; you get close fast. depends on your environment and temperament
There's work, then there's family. The two only mix when there's boundary issues...
@@SurvivalBetty idk, it’s up to the workplace. at my last job we were like a family. all super laidback and joking / hanging out and whatnot
Right! I see so many comments with most people saying they don't want to associate with work people outside of work and don't consider them friends without even giving them a chance. When we spend more time with these people than our own out of work friends and families I find that quite sad. Work can be way more enjoyable when you have a fun work fam!
@@SurvivalBettythat’s a matter of
opinion. wanting to be closed off to others is your decision. i prefer to deeply appreciate and connect with those around me. it makes life richer.
I've learned there is no family at work, even if you're working with family. “Coworker” is not mean word, embrace it. 😊
I like they were careful how they critiqued the doctors but not the nurses
How do you know which ones were doctors or nurses?
Their IDs are on their scrubs. The docs say Dr embroidered on their scrubs.
Drs-men
Assistant, Hygiene, Front office-women.
It’s ok.
@@jennifblairit says so on their outfits and the color black indicates they're a doctor
I love that they have the kind of work enviornment where they can be honest and loving with eachother- I bet you they are amazing to work with!!
I once read somewhere dentists only have female assistants
I love when people can laugh at themselves. It's nice to be known.
Yall are too funny. I love going to offices like this.
These were pretty wholesome and honest
Wonder what they think about YOU.....😂
It would be "constantly films everything cause they think they're internet famous" 😭
I love they were so easy going about it and not offended!
I think the person who wrote the papers have no idea what toxic traits mean.
That last one is WAY too relatable
Like the little too honest person to work with for sure 😂
Y’all have a close work relationship, beautiful💯💚
Dang, did the "A little too honest" person write those😬😂
What a great unit of coworkers! They can all take a joke and certainly seem to know each other well! God bless them all!
The second girl has a nice note about her phone skills above her computer 💜

Last dude passed for a reason 😂😭
The fourth has an infectious smile
The way she says “cries at work” so cheerfully with a big smile is so genuine. As someone who cries at work this is exactly what it’s like.
I'm the ball of stress when one thing goes wrong..
Same
Dentist staff are usually so awesome. Always seemed like a cool place to work.
These are not toxic traits but the person who orchestrated this little exercise in futility is toxic😮 As he/she will soon find out.Side eye and non inclusion to follow.
People with a great sense of humor are wonderful!❤
Well.. we know who is liked the least 😂 "a little too honest"
“Yapper. Big time yapper.” I felt that too 😔
That dentist looks like the nicest man in the world. He reminds me of a guy I met once.
He reminds me of my pcp Dr.
He treats me & all patients like family. Bn going to him for 17yrs😊
Too cute! Nothing like a med office with positive vibes. Better for patient outcomes, too.
Odd how a couple were completely playful and funny and the others were sortive actual bullying lmao.
That depends on your perspective. If you want to be a victim you will see bullying everywhere. All of the statements were playful and funny.
@@whitewolf7664 I don't think calling out your coworker for crying then calling out another for lipgloss obsession equates; How does knowing everyone equate to a toxic activity but then someone else gets the clear tag: Yapper. But sure, perspective is everything.
I agree! The yapper and the ball of stress looked like their feelings were hurt.
Are you going to leave the investors waiting as you leave every 15 minutes to run to the bathroom?
I like that everyone knows their toxic trait and just laughs 😅 we are all human and not perfect.
Shameing your teammates, great work ethic! Toxic advertising.
I love this! Why can’t we all have a little fun with stuff like this! It makes you laugh and really appreciate each person!
I read an article about people crying at work. It actually does not affect their job or their performance. And it was also noted that people who do cry at work and people who do not cry at work, were still given raises and able to move up in the company. so basically it doesn’t necessarily have a bad view or a bad look if you cry at work
Yeah. For sure. Most definitely all of that but also.... don't cry at work. It's annoying.
Not everyone are able to hold it in, even if they try.
I would look for other information from different sources to see the validity in that statement. There has been too much gaslighting in society. I do not know if the article you read is true or not. One article doesn't seem enough to form an opinion, for me.
@@helenevigdal2531then they shouldn’t expect a good job or to stay hired if they can’t even handle their emotions yet

At least they have a good sense of humor and chuckle over their signs. Some of the people I work with will literally act out their negative trait after reading about it.
So somebody thought it would be fun to tell their coworker or employees what’s wrong with them and post it online?
Wholesome and great people, all of them! ❤
Horrible things to say some of them… “big time yapper” brutal.

or dont be too sensitive. dont like it? work from home.
Love that they all had positive reactions and so many of them laughed knowing it was true 😂
calling crying toxic?
calling emotional things toxic is sad. so should hide or change that is the lesson? because others get annoyed by it?
why do they find it funny to be told those are bad things to do at work??
guess I understand it wrong?
@@rokksysoftpaws7022 it's not literally meant to be toxic bru
The overly stressed types I just don't tolerate. They create more drama than is needed. I ask, "Is this the WORST day of your whole life? Did somebody die because of you? No? Then stopping acting like it's the apocalypse."
I have had surprisingly great results with that.
How the heck is crying a toxic trait? Workplace anxiety is a legit thing so maybe she could use some compassion and not judgement.
You know this is a good work environment when people can tease each other and laugh about it.
I would focus on their strengths instead.
It’s good to see they can laugh at some gentle criticism
Why only the women got criticized tho?
Thank you for your service ♡
