he has a valid point in that at the time there was a fear of fat in food... so they just pumped it full of sugar and sugar substitutes and said thats healthy. Egg whites are lighter, but not inherently healthier than regular eggs unless youre doing some specific weight management regimen. People like patrice who didnt know they had diabetes, and then refused to take insulin got fucked by the high sugar era. ironically patrice would have been better off with bacon and pork fat than with cokes and mconalds, or chinese food rice.
