Girl I wanted to buy a house in 2017 but I only had a small amount of money in savings and no emergency fund. Needless to say I started house shopping and closed on my home in May 2019. When I started acting like a homeowner it manifested so fast. Also I manifested a great job after getting my home so my mantra " I have more money coming in then going out" is 100% true. Homeownership will happen for you and it won't take 5 years unless you want it to which is fine also.
I am so glad your channel found me. No relationship is ever for sure. Both people choose to be together all the time. I was married for more than 8 years and it all came tumbling. People would have considered us a success. I think everyone needs to find what relationship works for them and not just go by the pressures put on us based on other peoples opinions. Including if that relationship is not with another person but with themselves. Btw I totally just ordered mamajuana.

omg i love the accent, the last time i was in australia/london i heard that accent; although pretty spot on my opinion i think a aussie or british person would need to verify that as one of the many accurate accents. although, i agree that is how i am with relationships for the most part i will not make it official unless i have had my time with you long enough to then chase that possibility of being official or exclusive. also man it helps with the bad situations of ok i want out away from the convo. when you get into a relationship, so that you have a chance to say bye if it doesn't work before actually committing. i dislike (mainly when i am helping friends in a situation) when they start dating, without actually getting to know the person enough; and then ask me why its not working! well what did you do, hmmm why didn't y'all feel each other out (not sexual/wrong); before committing to one another. there are understandable reasons why it didn't work for many. although if you didn't do that first step, then before you ask me can you guess why it didn't work or one of the reasons it didn't work?
