Gabi I’ve felt “off” since September and “really off” since November. It’s been tough but I’ve got a good support system helping me out. It sucks not feeling like one’s self so hope you have a nice steady recovery.
Change is really hard for people, and we don’t give ourselves enough credit for adapting, and expecting to have some mental health issues that come along with it. We inherently do better with farmiliarity

Non-cancerous and slow growing. What I am saying is that we all are dealing with unseen stresses and big highs as well and you being vulnerable is like a normalizing salve. I totally feel you as a fellow Virgo rising who has been dealing with anxiety and anxiety related stomach issues for years.
It can be really challenging because the anxiety triggers the gut issues, which in turn can make you more anxious, and it turns into a vicious cycle.
Just hang in there....and take
care of your mental health (don't be in your head too much which is easier said than done, especially for a Virgo rising).
Keep doing those things that help keep your stress under control. Spend a lot of time with your doggo (which I'm sure you already do), but animals are a great comfort!
Also, I feel you on the music part as well. My Spotify time has reduced so much compared to before and I definitely think it's because of the feelings associated with the songs, as you said :(.
Guess we just have to deal with the changes as time goes by, and keep going.
