@@coleallen3895 FRA said no more mainline wigwags, BNSF didn’t even plan to remove it until the FRA said they had to. Very dumb in my opinion. Another reason why the FRA needs reworking
@@NishnaValleyRailVideos I can agree with that, the wigwag should've stayed in place. The road in Delhi, CO isn't very busy at all. In pretty much all videos of what use to be the wigwag at this location, I haven't seen any cars. I don't know if they are going to preserve the wigwag in a museum or what, but there's a good chance they will hopefully.

They have been placing the baggage car at the end of the Southwest Chief for most of this year. No idea why; it must be logistically easier to handle it there. The extra lounge car at the end of the train is dead heading (not in use). It may need repairs somewhere or an extra lounge is needed back east?

it'll never be the same without the wig wag
That is true
Why did they get rid of the wigwag if that area had very low traffic?

@@littleexperience2.._._._._._.. It’s alright at “The Colorado Railroad museum” he has a video on it
The Wig Wag can now be found at the Colorado Railway Museum. It still works, but it would be better if it was in its old spot

Have they done anything with it yet? Is an exhibit built yet?
@@Sunset4Semaphores from what I heard, it was repaired
I wish it was still at its old place.
Very Beautiful sunset, it would be nicer with the wigwag though…
Agreed. Just isn't the same
yes, I agree
Yeah, I miss the wig wag
The sound of the wig wag was more gentle, pleasant to listen to.
The sound of the ebell hurts my ears and sounds cheap.

i hate people that remove old things. its so historical. like how near where i live. the old 8 inch WRRS lights got replaced by 12x24 inch WCH LEDS
it was the fra that got rid of it bnsf wanted to keep it
someone needs to buy the land near the crossing and reinstall the wig wag by the crossing so the fra cant do shit about it
