Interesting concept, though I've always thought CTR drifting was what made it more fun than Mario Kart!

Is it possible to have a mod that makes the kart stats actually accurate in comparison to the ones we see? Or to have more characters?

Wait this mod is for the reserve? Or it change something?
This mod change the drift controls into MK's (hold and release), with the total reserve you get corresponds to how much you fill the turbo (1-3 bars).
How to run it?

why would you make a drift that is worse in function to the original one? did you increase the boost of the mk drift in order to compensate?
I did this experiment just for fun, but I also had fun actually playing it. You can disagree with that, but you can also try to judge it yourself.
The original CTR boost, despite lower max speed actually were way more OP with this drift system. I actually had to nerf the turbo time to balance it. The extra speed is not necessary, but it's more fun that way similar to Retro-Fueled (NF Blue Fire mod in OG).
@@faradise3819 i wasn't asking about the fun aspect of it, since players of one game will enjoy one over the other.
i was curious if you had to tweak speed numbers in order to make the mk viable as an alternative, since the OG drift is better functionally.

- Everyone can try it and judge by themselves.
- As I've said, the extra speed wasn't necessary and it is still as viable with the original CTR values (lower max speed but exploitable turbo time/reserve).
