The crack solder problems became more of a problem when they took out the lead from the solder. Refloat the solder with 60/40 leaded solder the joint will last a lot longer.
Oh man thank you .. I thought my laptop was toast last night but from watching this I figured out my power button isn’t springing back. It’s getting stuck so it stays pressed against the black button on the card. The opposite problem of this. I tried bending the side back a little but it still gets stuck. Is the button itself a replaceable part?
I have an hp laptop after water spills I can charge it,as soon as I open the the laptop cover the charging light goes off and pressing power button will not work. I cleaned everything possible with alcohol, what should I do?
