My name is Nat and I am a gothic operatic singer, actor and voice artist based in the heart of Kent, England. Music has always played an important part in my life as a musician and I love to use my platform on RUclips to share it in my music reactions.

The story of the project Stalaggh is PROPERLY shrouded in mystery, unlike some attention seeking acts! There is not alot of info out there and i imagine part of what you read is hearsay.

Fun Fact: The lead singer of Gorgoroth is gay. He came out a few years ago and it caused quite a stir in the black metal community.

I was so used to listen to this kind of music before sleeping few years ago (now I am so tired I fall asleep in five minutes or so, so there is no point to listen to anything) that hearing this list made me really sleepy and yawning :D (I am not Satan, though, as far as I know :D )
@@carnifaxx There was a time when I would go to sleep with headphones on and Motörhead playing on shuffle. I don't have a clear memory of why, or under what circumstances, I gave up that habit.
@@ThisTrainIsLost I liked mostly Death or Fear Factory. I still consider them both very calming and relaxing. On the opposite way, when listening to the actual music for relaxation or similar s**t, I feel almost an immediate urge to at least put something on fire :D
@@carnifaxx I can suss it. I do have a few cds meant for relaxation but for some reason I don't know, they all seem to link to unpleasant memories.
I believe that certain pieces (which varies between individuals) cause relaxation precisely because they can drown out negative thoughts and since many such pieces are essentially drones of varying complexity, they can drown out thought, period. A better expression of it is that there are pieces (like MMM) that can help you to totally stop your internal dialogue.

Playing extended range guitars and singing low doesn't make a band "evil". That's just typical Loudwire and f*cking ignorant. Making your fans wear a Justin Bieber t-shirt before you let them into a show would be evil. Just saying.

Not that it matters but I find "Metal Machine Music" to be relaxing.
True, the problem however is more the fan base, but that seems to hold true for any band/type of music. I like most Gregorian music, some classical composers, jazz, and popular and not so popular music. Loud music depends for me on melody. The moment it grates on my ears I switch off, and the same happens when the melody isn't 'pleasing'. For the rest I'll listen to any music at least once, though I might switch off at any point during it is playing 😉

for the type of scream a lot of these guys were doing, you of course want to use your diaphragm and vibrate your false chords with a loose vocal folds
