The Main Title Theme is basically the games main theme song, like ''Stars at our backs'' in MHW The important thing to note is that this is a title ''SCREEN'' song.. which is different from the main theme of the game Furthermore calling this the ''MAIN title theme'' is also misleading because there is only ONE title screen theme, and this is implying there are multiple and that this one is the MAIN one.
