Training with Master Han Ji Xiang

This is an edited clip of my trip to Shifu Han Ji Xiang's school in Taipei, Taiwan. He is the grandson of master Han Qing Tang. I recorded him discussing the history of Republican-era Chinese Martial Arts. Starting at 17:01, he showcases various methods to builds "gongli" (think of it as Chinese kung fu equipment training).
