I agree with your only other comment., A lot of those homes are not considered Home Theater. Some just have a Big screen and a Projector? That's a media room not a Home Theater. But a lot of these rooms can easily be converted into a Home Theater. But you guys still had great idea.
a real home cinema in my opinion is first of all complete acoustic soundproofing of the room the projector should be installed either outside the room or a special soundproof box the screen should be the size of the entire wall and the front speakers should be behind the screen and if in addition to the audience seats in the cinema there is something else, then it is no longer a home cinema, but a media room
