HTMi is committed to training our students to the optimal service standards that is expected by the global hospitality industry. 2014 was a great year for our guest service training centre and we know this by the regular feedback we received from our visiting hospitality industry professionals, hotel owners and General Managers in Switzerland where our students do their internship training. Best trained? Good but I found some hospitality in Tokyo and Osaka are better, LOL.
