Hi can you suggest if there is a complaint mechanism for credit score. My bank wrongly reported that I paid my emi installed after due date for two months however it was like every other month since the amount got auto-debited from my bank account. I have complained to the bank manager as well as credit rating agencies but to no avail.

If this really happened, Amazon will solve your problem. Their service is honest and proactive. You don't need to register complaint anywhere
If this happen then your case is forwarded to investigation department and check the package packing cctv footage then your case is resolved

This is a useless portal where you get to read rephrased responses from the company. E.g if your hp laptop is not working properly even after multiple repairs then you contact hp n tell them about it to which hp would say no problem sir bring it again n we will fix it. But after expiry of warranty now you will be charged x amount. Now you raise this with this portal. The portal person contacts hp n then hp tells them what they told u. Now the portal person provides us hp response n the case is disposed off! WTF!
There is no way to argue or seek compensation its so useless

I recently faced this issue. I have received different shoes instead of 3000 rs skechers shoes ordered from myntra in exchange order. I opened the package in front of.myntra delivery guy noticing the size difference of exchange packet. To our shock . The product was completely different cheap asics shoes. He suggested raising concern with Myntra support as we opened the box. Even after a week of follow up myntra not accepting their fault and rejecting my claim and return order.
A lot of fake and wrong products are being delivered Online and the government needs to have strict regulations to avoid such scams.

I have ordered a product prepaid from the website of the company. It's been more than 3 months there is no update regarding the order status. The contact number. & Mail id is not responding. It was a scam. The companies like Paytm, Gpay etc are promoting the fake company website by giving the coupon code to buy from their websites.

It worked like magic when it started. Now it does resolve issues, but takes a lot of time. The quality of final resolution is also not 100% satisfactory.

Ye option to available hai but they ask for company details like email id, address or phone no or fax no.
But the fraudsters are making websites on platform like Shopify and they continuously change their phone nos and website id as well.
We face trouble in filing complaint everywhere, either at NCH, consumer forum, or police complain.
Kindly make a video to deal with fake websites or fake portal,as u ppl are doing great work in this field.

Jet Airways got bust and did not refund for the tickets booked through the aggregator. Why must the common citizen be punished? If the aggregator is the bottleneck are they even legal to operate? What do you suggest must be done? My overseas ticket price has been stuck for 5.5yrs now.

Maine CRED cash opt kiya, 15 din mein maine force closure kiya full repayment karke. Uske baad bhi unhone mujhe emi charge Kiya, amount auto debit hua. Jab humsein interest liya jata hai, toh humara extra amount lene se bhi kuch milna chahiye, mere jaise aur bhi log honge.
I agree to this the ac purchased from Flipkart was defective and even after 1.5 months no resolution as soon as I raised complaint on consumer helpline got it fixed in 5 working days .

There is a scam going with no cost-emi where companies like zest. Tells consumers to pay the whole EMI along with interest after 9 working days interest will be refunded back to you. But since 4 months no refund has been processed of interest cashback. Please guide me, how can I tackle this situation legally and abiding all laws.
