I THOUGHT THIS WAS A CLIP FROM THE SERIES???? i read the comics a few years back and since seeing the anime, i actually wanted to see some of the comic animated in the anime style!
This makes me so happy because our two main goals were to: 1. Adapt the book faithfully 2. Confuse people and make them think this was a part of the Netflix show It looks like we accomplished them both to some capacity hahah

The anime has a great charm and style to it (which we used for this btw), but the comic book REALLY captured something amazing that we all missed on it. It was a great anime story, but we knew many of us wanted to see the actual pages of the book adapted, so now hopefully we can get a bit of both :D
This is amazing. While I do like the Netflix series, I wish it was also an adaptation of the comic. The comic is just the best version of the story. It's has fantastic writing in the chariters and world, and while the anime did pretty great with it. It'll never be like the oringal comic. So thanks for making this, I hope to see more soon.
