People really don’t get how big of a deal that sidious , the most powerful Sith Lord throughout all the universe was afraid of plagues . Darth plagues achieved what all Sith before and after failed to do including sidious . He achieved immortality even Tannerbus somewhat also achieved that goal . Had sidious waited a little longer , plagues would have teach him to technique .

Plaguies could also will people to die by influencing their midichlorians into abandoning their host. Although, the power was nowhere near complete. He could barely use it against a non-force sensitive as their midichlorians resisted his efforts. Had he lived, he wouldn't have just become immortal, he would have been invincible. I know in legends sidious was the most powerful sith lord of all time, wasnt sure if it was still the case in canon. But frankly i dont care much about disney canon man the way i see it legends is the only true starwars. I could go on a massive rant but il stop myself right here 😅

Retconn what doesn't fit with a current screenplay , movie , project whatever. Lucas cares more about the SW verse sure. But yeah he's pretty picky about what he sees as , and allows to be canon. Fair enough,was his creation to begin with , though I think he's over looked , retconned some really cool , genuinely good legends media pieces , books etc so far. As far as Palps being most powerful Sith of all time. Well there's just no way he had the force power of Nihilus. If Nihilus is still canon at all yeah??
