The lyrics of the song have ample chance to be a genuinely threatening villain song, they're just paired with a slow and goofy beat plus comedic hyena laughs. With a bit of laughter repositioning, autotune and a cool beat, SMW turned a silly disney song into a seriously potent villain song - that's also a banger. 14x less views than the original only 2x less likes Quality over quantity

The original was a little catchy at best, and The Lion Guard is just awful. But this is fantastic. Somehow. The increase in tempo really helps the song.
