Thank you very much! Your teaching is easy to follow. I got my self-confidence to draw. I never knew that I had a talent for drawing if wasn't for covid 19 (because covid 19 I stay home) and all the wonderful teachers on youtube like you.
I don't know where you learnt this, but all I can say is your qualifications as a school teacher really, really shine in this series. Absolutely spot on instructions, so encouraging - I honestly think this series really shows how professional your channel is becoming! You make it look easy, but you must have spent hundreds of hours with practice to get to this level! Any child that encounters you in their future education where you are their class teacher, is going to be an extremely fortunate and lucky child!
You are my favorite water color instructor! your style presents everything in a simple clear manner. Love you and that sweet helper of yours🥰. Thank you so much.
Having such a great time with these many years ago I did a lot of folk art people on wood and this reminds me of those days (30+ years ago). Still have series 3 and can hardly wait. Thx
Your comment about a child's arm length reminds me of when my mom was teaching. Some of the Hmong students weren't sure of their age. So, if they could reach an arm up and over their head and touch the opposite ear they knew were at least 5 years old. I am enjoying this series. I even drew some figures that look people-like.
How fun! I was just watching Part 2 when this upload popped up and notified me! I love this series SOOO much. It’s giving me the courage to illustrate and detail people, and simple enough to share with my kiddos. Thank you so much! 😍
I thought I was all set for your body proportions, etc. videos by ordering the Paul Rubens watercolor journal! It came today and...I was taken aback for a moment until I realized that I had ordered the 3" x 5" journal... NOT the 5" c 7" journal. Oh well. It will be put to use today. (Next time I'll 'look' for the sizes... instead of just ordering!) Love your videos.
This lesson, and really this series, is so helpful! I am successfully drawing people. Yay! Thanks for all your hard work creating the lesson!

I'm the same size as my ex, same shoe size, too. He's a little taller, but every time I looked for my coat or sandals, he's have already put them on.
