It will kind of look like a centaur except with a creepy horse head with black eyes and teeth with suction cups that suck blood, along with fangs to bite into prey. Under the head is a skeleton body with black bones and claws with red tips. But it has the body of a giant flea under that with a rat tail. The design is a reference mainly to the Black Plague or Black Death. It's a dark/poison type and has the ability poison touch and merciless for a hidden ability. It's also has a high attack stat and speed stat of 135. It also gets toxic spikes. So yeah. I made the most broken legendary ever. It's basically gonna be the gen 1 Persian of ubers if it ever exists which likely won't happen. It might be in ou but I think it would break ou. It's toxapex except it's offensive instead of defensive. I think I might give it corrosion as well.

This Pokemon was originally a non-evolveable Pokemon. But was turned into a 1 step evolutionary Pokemon in B&W.
