Ara damansara - Bkt Bintang you can use LRT>MRT (you can change train at kl sentral or pasar seni) no jam, cheaper and fastest to reach your destination.. That's how we Malaysian transport our self to work on daily basis 🤣
Pavilion Residence if not mistaken. Right on top of /across Pavillion Bukit Bintang the mall. But I work around this area... I get bored easily. I prefer the small shops at the back alley or old buildings around Pavilion for food.
While my rent here in KL is RM1.4k monthly only, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I got it cheaper than other tenants because the landlord is my sister's friend. I got KL tower view in my living room. And the location is so close to LRT the public transport, only 5mins walk. I love live in the centre of KL. So close to everything.
Hello Aki, just to let you know with RM4000 you can get a lot of option around Mont Kiara Area and this area actually have a lot of korean and japanese expat. I'm a real estate agent based in Mont Kiara
