      I'm trying to learn to do these and I watched 5 of these videos, 4 of which were made by women. The best one I saw was actually a playlist of four 10-minute parts made by a female gymnast. What I learned is I need to work on my flexibility and balance more than anything else -- typically a strong suit for women.

      I'm going back to deep squats while working on flexibility and balance. That seems to be the hardest part.

    Can't even do the first one :< My back will naturally round and my hell will be lifted up before I knee bend 90 degrees

      Get started with her 3 day calisthenics program and do the banded squats facing the wall. You will slowly progress but keep going and you’ll get there!

    what other exercises can you do for power output. I can do 4 pistol squats in a row but then power gets completely cut off and cant raise myself from the ground even though the decent is still controlled. Been stuck here for a while

    I love this but I don’t even have the ankle mobility to get down in a regular squat with a straight back.
