    If possible I need help with an acer problem the model says OSIRIS-ATFE it’s says “let’s step you through the recovery process” and at the bottom it says use the arrow keys to select an option but the arrow keys won’t work and neither will the enter key

      Can you try the steps seen here? ruclips.net/video/gDQZvNQ2chc/видео.html. Can you find any Repair or Recovery options in BIOS? Also, did anything happen before this issue appeared? Liquid spill, overheating, Windows update, etc?

      @@PC_Monkey yes I have watched the video before you replied and I’m pretty sure now it overheated while I was playing games It also died then it showed the error

    hi there have a problem have a dell inspiron I7 5000 series my son did factory reset and wiped out the operating system now i just get flashing dell Logo i have tried the f12 and ran test it says everything is good i tried the reset on the battery and unplugging everything but still just get a flashing dell Logo im los cant get anywhere cant get into the safe screen to try to download new windows software

      Depends what you need it for. Are you planning on playing any specific games or using any specific software?
