I Created “.well-known” and “pki-validation” folders and placed that validation file inside and it still doesn't work. When I click one of those 2 provided links in the yellow box, it says 404 Page not Found.

Also happened to me. Some troubleshooting later - I deleted the dot before 'well-known' in the directory and in the URL request - comes up but it doesn't matter. I guess I'll try to figure out the CPanel version.
Hello, Thank you for your question. If the CNAME-based validation was chosen during the activation process and the certificate has the "Pending" status, the details for the CNAME record can be located in the Namecheap account > SSL certificates > click 'Details' near the required certificate > click on "from this page (Edit methods)". On the new page, locate the "Edit methods" button and click on the arrow near it > Get Record. If another validation type was chosen, it can be changed to CNAME-based using the "Edit methods" button. Once it is done, the details for the CNAME record will be available. A detailed explanation of how to complete CNAME-based DCV is here: ruclips.net/video/35yC4rConu8/видео.html Also, if there are any issues or difficulties, please feel free to contact our SSL Support team via the chat (www.namecheap.com/help-center/live-chat/ ) or ticket (support.namecheap.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit ) Please let us know if any questions arise. @@namecheap It's now all good! I fixed it by choosing another alternative - installing it by using CNAME.;)
