Horrible experience in hyundai wakad pune showroom. We had gone to purchase hyundai i10. Me and my parents walked around in showroom and even requested for executive to come and talk. For 20 min no one cared or even looked. They said someone will attend soon. After half an hour we walked away. Got good treatment at ford. And eventually purchsed the ford figo titanium

Being a owner of Grand i10, which shares the platform and parts with Xcent, I can say that Hyundai sucks with the quality of their cars. Yes, they come with attractive packages with nice features, their parts quality is absolutely garbage. I too have had so many issues with my car from day one and while their service is pretty decent, their level of knowledge about certain problems is zero. Never buying another Hyundai. Ever.
Hyundai worst customer service. My Airbag failed for no reason and company just told it is electrical part and can fail like any other parts. Said goodbye to Hyundai cars after that.

Dnt go with western companies go with Indian co.s like Tata or mahindra...the same thing happened with me I have bought Hyundai Verna in 2016 there were lot of problems in that car like gear box noise while putting back gear and steering warning lights..than I have sold my car in 2017..now Iam fully satisfied with 2017 scorpio with good mileage n cheap spare parts....
RR still cares. In one of the video from post malone ,he was drifting the RR and later the car manufacturer called him saying why would you do that to a RR.
I will never buy Hyundai after watching this video or nor i will suggest anyone. If this is the way they treat their customers then say no to products of those company. These mnc's come to India and just loot the money from us and take it to their home country. Say no to products of the company's like these. If they can't provide service to the consumers then you should never buy their products. Let us show them that they can't make business without consumers.

File a case in consumer court. People think its tedious, time taking process.. but it's actually easy, fast and simple process. It's not costly as well and it will not only help you get your money but also penalty & lesson to cheat companies

Kisi tarah dusre din pahunche to band gadi ko tow karne k liye jise bulaya wo banda alag natak karke pareshan kar diya... fir jab hum service centre kisi tarah gadi ko lekar pahunche to guard ne entry karne se mana kar diya... aur fir humei kisi tarah hotel tak pahunchana pada

Hyundai कंपनी की सुरुवात कब,कैसे और किसने की थी इसका व्हिडीयो युट्युब पर देखो.. मैने Hyundai कंपनी पर बनायी गयी documentary देखी है जो की History चैनल पर दिखाई गयी थी उसमे बताया था की Hyundai कंपनी के मालिक का पहले गॅरेज हुआ करता था. वह गाडी मालिक को बोलता था की स्पेअर्स खराब हो गए है, बदलने पडेंगे और वह वही स्पेअर पार्टस निकालकर साफ करके नये स्पेअर पार्टस है एैसा बोलकर वापस लगा देता था और गॅरेज मैं आनेवाले कस्टमर्स को लुटता था... एैसे ही लोगो से पैसे लुटकर फिर उन्होंने Hyundai कंपनी बनायी...
Now I don't own Hyundai car but my overall experience from past with Hyundai is very poor. Milage and built quality both are not good. Spares are too costly and most of time service center people cheat you with exorbitant service cost. People buy this brand only due to good interior. They doesn't check anything else.
Hyundai should look into this issue. The dealership is probably fraud. Hyundai is actually one of the best customer friendly car makers out there. Hyundai's after sales service is always great outside India so it must be the Indian dealerships or the employees.
Hyundai ke cars actually me acche hote. Suzuki ke tin can se to 100 guna strong and safe. Inko jo problem ho raha h vo showroon ke vajaha se h. Mene jiss se li vo khud hi call karke remind karte g servicing ka jabki 1st year free h aur khud aa ke leke bhi jate h. Ek ke bad experience ke vajaha se company kharab nahi hoti h. Xcent ja pata nahi but i20 is the most safe hatchback compared to other hatchbacks at that price 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I had to file the case in Consumer Court to get Justice but unfortunately they bought the Justice. Even their advocates are the one who confront the criminal cases in High Court. So you can understand about this Safdarjung Hyundai company whose advocates look for criminal cases and they are also dealing for Safdarjung Hyundai to look their Consumer Cases by sending threatening legal notices to consumer at their house/flat rather than sending directly to consumer's advocate. If a #Hyundai Company works like this to threaten customer, then everyone can very well understand about their Management and company. I don't know why Hyundai Motor India Limited known as HMIL has not cancelled their license till now.
I will never buy a car in the hyundai compony in my life, it is a very dirty service 😠 before taking car, it would be good service and after getting a car, giving absolutely useless service.😠

5-6 lakh ke chakkar mein hundai apne crore ka business gava rahi hai is video ke kaaran or customer ka bharosa bhi... Mgmt should must intervene in this kind of matter... Koi genuine baat jarur hogi otherwise koi aisa virod nahi jatate..... Hyundai must look into the matter it and close it.

Kisi tarah dusre din pahunche to band gadi ko tow karne k liye jise bulaya wo banda alag natak karke pareshan kar diya... fir jab hum service centre kisi tarah gadi ko lekar pahunche to guard ne entry karne se mana kar diya... aur fir humei kisi tarah hotel tak pahunchana pada

एैसे ही लोगो से पैसे लुटकर फिर उन्होंने Hyundai कंपनी बनायी...

Now I don't own Hyundai car but my overall experience from past with Hyundai is very poor. Milage and built quality both are not good. Spares are too costly and most of time service center people cheat you with exorbitant service cost.
People buy this brand only due to good interior. They doesn't check anything else.

Hyundai should look into this issue. The dealership is probably fraud. Hyundai is actually one of the best customer friendly car makers out there. Hyundai's after sales service is always great outside India so it must be the Indian dealerships or the employees.

I had to file the case in Consumer Court to get Justice but unfortunately they bought the Justice. Even their advocates are the one who confront the criminal cases in High Court.
So you can understand about this Safdarjung Hyundai company whose advocates look for criminal cases and they are also dealing for Safdarjung Hyundai to look their Consumer Cases by sending threatening legal notices to consumer at their house/flat rather than sending directly to consumer's advocate.
If a #Hyundai Company works like this to threaten customer, then everyone can very well understand about their Management and company. I don't know why Hyundai Motor India Limited known as HMIL has not cancelled their license till now.
I will never buy a car in the hyundai compony in my life, it is a very dirty service 😠 before taking car, it would be good service and after getting a car, giving absolutely useless service.😠
