ARJ INDIA bhai baat samajh mein nahi aayi.engine misfire, gear problem aasani se solve ho sakti hai.engine mein paani bhi chala gaya tab bhi engine overhaul ho sakta hai,naya engine rakha jaa sakta hai.baat mein dum nahi lag raha,scrap gaadi bhi thik ho sakti hai.humne mana ki hindi company wale nalayak the par in bhai ko ek baar kahin aur try karna tha,yeah kaam company ke bahar bhi ho Sakta tha.koi badi problem nahi lag Rahi hai bas problem mismanagement lagti hai.humare furkaan bhai ise 5 - 7 Hazar mein hi Sahi kar dete. Aapko bahar bhi dikhani thi ye gaadi.

I have faced the problems like poor ac cooling, oil drain and misfire in my xcent. This a manufacturing fault which they have hided even during free service this things were not cleared inspite of communications from my end. When I gave this time for service I came to know that due to manufacturing defect in head oil cylinder in entire oil is getting drained. Dont know if my car problem will get Fixed or not. But certainly no Hyundai car will be purchased from end in future.
HYUNDAI India Motor Ltd. should give this person a Brand New Car or else Hyundai xcent sales will be badly hampered... Moreover it may even affect sales of other Hyundai cars...

bro, hyundai cars have big time Steering and clutch problem. Go for some better options , Wolkswegan, Honda or toyota are must better in Quality and services.
This hyundai cars are very expensive in maintaince I bought a i10(2009 model) in 2015 June , and when I left for service in company and the bill was 14000 just for general service. I sold it and I'm happy with wagon r(2007 model) and service charge is not even half of i10 service cost

bro, ask any good mechanic - most of Hyundai cars have problem with Power steering and Clutch, in comparison to other car makers. Will never ever buy a Huyndai car again, steering stopped working after warranty. clutch plates gets replaced every 20 k Kms

Shame on the responsibility levels from the Hyundai executives. All the responsible person do feel the warth of your negligence.. This is a huge loss to the customer.. It's not about just one customer.. It's about the filthy approach after the vehicle is sold. Like no one cares for the customer problems. Thank you to the owner of this car to share his experience... I was also about to purchase a xcent. But now changed my decision.. There is a need to shift the mindset just from the marketing approach to a good production quality approach.

मैंने भी मार्च 2020 में Hyundai xcent पेट्रोल ली है । समय पर सर्विसिंग भी करवा ली है । फिर भी milage 13 या 14 km/L ही दे रही है और चलते चलते गाड़ी खुद बंद भी हो जाती है । ये गाड़ी बिल्कुल सही नही है ।
Sir, इस से बेहतर आप को गाड़ी बेच देनी चाहिए।या ग्राहक कोर्ट में जाना चाहिए था।पर अपनी गाड़ी का नुकसान नही करना चाहिए। जहाँ तक मेरा अनुभव है कि या तो आपने गाड़ी डीलर के अलावा कहीं बाहर काम करवाया या बदलाव किया हो सकता है।क्योंकि जब गाड़ी 10 km में प्रॉब्लम दे रही है तो सर्विस से गाड़ी घर लानी नही चाहिए।चाहे कंपनी को कितनी भी बार tollfree नो पर बातचीत करने को मजबूर कर सकतें है।किसी भी हाल में खुद की गाड़ी का नुकसान नही करना चाहिए।खेर मुझे हुंडई से कुछ अनुभव नही हुआ नही कभी पाला पड़ा।पर कोई भी चीज़ का विरोध अपना नुकसान कर के नही करना चाहिए।जय हिन्द।जय भारत।

Agar unhone 30 se 40 dafa workshop me Gaye or mail bhi Kiya and problem resolved nahi huva to go Hyundai company ko bhi mail kar sakte the...har workshop me Hyundai company ki email I'd likhi hoti hai. Or unki financial condition acchi nahi thi to gadi ko Kat nahi karna CHAHIYE. Or agar worshop se see problem solve nahi Hui to gadi hi vaha se nahi uthani CHAHIYE...yeto sidha dikh raha hai ki fayda uthane ke liye aesa Kiya hai.

मैंने भी मार्च 2020 में Hyundai xcent पेट्रोल ली है । समय पर सर्विसिंग भी करवा ली है । फिर भी milage 13 या 14 km/L ही दे रही है और चलते चलते गाड़ी खुद बंद भी हो जाती है । ये गाड़ी बिल्कुल सही नही है ।

जहाँ तक मेरा अनुभव है कि या तो आपने गाड़ी डीलर के अलावा कहीं बाहर काम करवाया या बदलाव किया हो सकता है।क्योंकि जब गाड़ी 10 km में प्रॉब्लम दे रही है तो सर्विस से गाड़ी घर लानी नही चाहिए।चाहे कंपनी को कितनी भी बार tollfree नो पर बातचीत करने को मजबूर कर सकतें है।किसी भी हाल में खुद की गाड़ी का नुकसान नही करना चाहिए।खेर मुझे हुंडई से कुछ अनुभव नही हुआ नही कभी पाला पड़ा।पर कोई भी चीज़ का विरोध अपना नुकसान कर के नही करना चाहिए।जय हिन्द।जय भारत।

Or unki financial condition acchi nahi thi to gadi ko Kat nahi karna CHAHIYE. Or agar worshop se see problem solve nahi Hui to gadi hi vaha se nahi uthani CHAHIYE...yeto sidha dikh raha hai ki fayda uthane ke liye aesa Kiya hai.

App jo bhi hyundai ki car lena chahte hai...usse lene se pahele apne dealer ki Service reviews unke existing customers se baat karke pata kar lijiyega...agar feedback accha ho tab hi dealer se Gaadi ko acche se check and drive karke lijiyega.
