I've made a few of these for friends already and they all think I have magical powers. But the pattern is easy and it's not a difficult project at all.
Have you tried updating the pattern to fit the newer (wider, shorter) new AirPods Pro case?

What I love about this design is that it is easy to change the measurements to fit different charging cases. And the part I am specifically stoked about is that the handle gives me a place to attach an Air Tag. I recently misplaced my charging case for a few days. Yeah, I found it, but those few days were nerve wracking. Protecting my earbuds while thinking I’d wasted $200. The handle design means I can attach the case to a belt or a strap too. Double protection.
