I'm currently building a pc this exact graphics card and gpu. I'm putting a 12600k in it. A 120mm AIO different case as well. Using it for mid range gaming. I think all will be fine, LIGHT over clocking. This gentleman did a fabulous job on the build. Very clean
I own an ITX asrock motherboard (B550) and yeah It's insane how it's almost like an ASUS ROG STRIX but the cost is much cheaper. But still I have a complain: Their BIOS sucks! I had to use my NVME SSD on the second nvme slot because the first one was crashing the CPU temperature monitor. Kinda weird. Good hardware, really bad software. Would I buy from them agan? Yeah, because I bought for 150 dollars during christmas and there's no B550 that cheap!
Whenever I see this builds with those sort of GPU then I wonder what temps does the CPU get...specially given that the pumps are in direct contact with the heat from the GPU. That will easily thermal throttle the CPU...
Was just wondering, I understand these days many motherboard manufacturers now come packed with NVME heatsinks with pre-applied thermal material to the bottom of those heat shields. Can the thermal materials be reused if I remove the heat shield from the NVME if I upgraded to a larger storage? Thanks.
@@kaputtalismus Nein, überhaupt nicht. Auf 150w laufen die Alder Lake CPUs hervorragend. Ich würde aber das Asrock H670 ITX bevorzugen, da dieses absolut identisch ist bis auf 2x weniger USb 3.2 Ports, dafür aber günstiger.
@@kaibum8261 Na ja, er taktet auch bis 5Ghz. Ein 5900X mit dieser Taktfrequenz ist bestimmt genauso schnell wenn nicht schneller. Aber mal ehrlich merken tud man das eh nicht mehr. Nur bei Benchmarks

Nice build, but you know this Mainbaord can deliver just 150W for the CPU? It means your CPU will be a bit limited in some cases.

Problem ist halt wenn man maximale Performance bevorzugt muss man zum Intel greifen leider , die 12th gen ist unglaublich geworden

It looks all a bit fragile to me. I prefer a sturdy steel tower. The Chieftecs were great.
