Starr rlly thought of him as a friend tbh. She rlly came back for book bc she knew her mother will be mad. And ludo is a bad guy. He’s was just teaching her that bad actions cause consequences. But they mad star I read flag around in season 3 or 4 I hate that😭
@@Terraak47 i agree, glossarick is impartial he is bound to the book. Star did not take care of the book like she should've and this was the consequence, she never cared to master magic in the first place or else this wouldn't have happened !
Careless actions have consequences and Star needed to learn that, what better way than to let Ludo take him and have him run in circles while Star faced the consequences of not taking the book seriously

Pudding saves memory loss
I still think ludo should have gained magic in the finale, I mean heck marco got cheekmarks when he used a spell.
Plus since the butterfly family gained magic after using the wand for long periods, and Ludo was physically FUSED with it.
Would have been perfect to have him realize this, like Dennis gets trapped under rubble and he instinctively uses levato to save him forgetting he doesn't have the wand but it still WORKS regardless.
Then reveal that monsters using magic gained from using the wand, are actually STRONGER... Maybe even reveal that Monster Magic negates the Solarian magic.
Like goes through the defense the spell gives, since ludo kept winning more after the battle for mewni it would have fit.

What an interesting character, but I feel like after they killed him off they really should have just left him dead, he really didn't add much to the story after they revived him. He did stuff, but nothing that felt that important.
Except he’s the reason mewni and the wand exists so they kind of needed him to show time is a circular loop.
But like he never died? Because if he dies then magic dies as well, doesn’t it? And yes, Glossaryck was not frequently on the show after season 2, but he was important for showing how the Mewni was created and that he created the magical high commission and many more things. I think Glossaryck power and potential was really shown after season 3. And that scene from the finale between him and Star? That was precious
