This type of remote start add on needs an additional key and parts to allow factory alarm/immobiliser to be disarmed upon the Clifford activation on the intellistart activation. This is not cheap or easy to do and most installers would not take this upgrade on as a job as it takes hours of work to install everything. Hello thank you for your message and I would suggest that you contact the installer who will have originally installed this system as we only offer support on work we have fitted as there are so many variables in fault finding and please speak to the company who fitted this as they will who what items and where these items are installed. If you struggle the other way would be to contact Clifford UK directly and hopefully they could shed some light on your problems. I hope this helps and hopefully you get a solution to your problem.

Also we need to know if your vehicle has a tailgate or barn doors on the rear and if its a van with front seats and a bulkhead or a if your vehicle has rear bench seats and a rear mounted bulkhead? Honestly it is stupid to even explain a security alarm system for any verichal. Security it security and should not be available for the public to know how the product works. This video is clear advertising cutting corners to how to break into these verichal security. Security should never be a advertised for advantage to your business for followings and likes. Fix up!!!
I really think you are missing the point. the Ford Transit Custom is being attacked by gangs of thieves and they are being damaged just to get to the tools or they are being stolen and stripped for parts and as I have been in the security industry for over 30 years and been involved with the the police on the sold secure format as well as been having been awarded multiple time Industry Awards for our service I feel it's my duty to help customers protect their vehicles and this video is not trying to show how to break into for transits as this would never be our goal but to give those customers who feel the need to go to the extra level of protection on their Ford Transit Custom a solution to stop this happening to their vehicle.
@@sourcesounds8849 total agreement, in the pre 2015 Transit the only 2 week points were the tailgate wiring if there was a key slot to the rear door and the factory remote. Use of an alarm like the Clifford removes both of those weaknesses.
