- This animated video depicts the different modalities of dental implant surgical guide fabrication available when using the GRS Guide System.
This video is one in a 3-part series designed to demonstrate different fabrication modalities to render different types of GRS surgical guides through vacuum-forming and 3D printing. Additional animated videos provide an overview of the components that comprise the GRS Guide System along with the step-by-step protocol when using the GRS Guide System during a dental implant surgical procedure along with the application of additional procedures for dental implant placement.
Additional video series are available and are designed to provide a thorough and comprehensive overview of the GRS Guide System. One 4-part series is designed to outline the detailed, step-by-step process of in-office / in-lab real-time surgical guide fabrication utilizing different techniques to vacuum form a GRS surgical guide using a 3D printed model or stone soft-tissue model, as well as the steps required to create a 3D printed GRS surgical guide, along with model modification techniques to ensure maximum surgical access. An additional 2-part series provides a comprehensive, step-by-step overview when designing a surgical implant case through the use of implant planning software along with the simple steps required to create and export a GRS model file for 3D printing and vacuum-forming a GRS surgical guide. And finally, the surgical series demonstrates the real-time surgical application of the GRS Surgical Guide System for the surgical placement of dental implants.
