- My friend Andy from the Ocean Cruisers Podcast invited me to the first ever Odyssey Sailing Festival he organized in the British Virgin Islands. Tons of well-known sailors gathered for the weeklong event. We meet up with Captain Glenn Shepard, Sailing Parlay Revival, Cruisers Academy, Laura Dekker, Dustin Reynolds, Erik Aanderaa, Sailing Uma, Apparent Winds Sailing and We Sail for this awesome week of sailing. In this episode we sail through heavy winds and squalls from Jost Van Dyke Island to Marina Cay.

Hey hey. Thanks. We actually did cruise by Richard Brandon’s island. (We didn’t stop. Haha). It’s called Necker Island. I’ll point it out in the next video, although we didn’t get too close. 🏝️
@@JoshPostVlogs I was thinking that if you pulled your yacht up close to the shore then dingy to the beach (by then you would have security there) and explain you are a you tuber and your crew wanted to say to Richard because you happened to be sailing right by,,, they might go for that
