I use fenice oil, when combined with fenice crosslink az5 will it achieve maximum effectiveness?, I don't understand clearly what effect crosslink has, does it affect the adhesion of edge oil and leather?. I'm worried it will peel after use
Thanks for your interest! Crosslinker will change the fiber structure specially suitable for soft leather. It is used for shorten the edge oil drying time but will not effect the adhesion. We also use Fenice oil with their crosslinker, but wabisabi will mix a little bit other material in crosslinker to bring a better effect same as in the video. We can offer this crosslinker to our course member, if you’re interested in please contact us freely.
@@dancewithink Thank you for your informative response. I want to ask some more questions. - Where can I buy Fenice edge oil thinner, I tried diluting it with water but it doesn't seem to work, it seems to have lost its original color - Next question: can crosslink az be used between edge oiling?, does crosslink help harden the edge to make sanding easier?
@@rongen4530 Hi there~ 1. We have a special channel to buy the Fenice edge oil thinner, normally it will not affect the edge oil color. 2. We would not suggest using crosslinkers for different brands of edge oil. It's best to purchase the crosslinker and edge oil from the same brand.
