So yes while I was in Edinburgh, I drove in a L.E.Z. and got a fine
It was only £60 reduced to £30 if paid within 14 days
Just be careful when driving in major cities

Luckily a few places are ok as i have a blue badge and car is registered as disabled, these councils though are quick to get their money, slow for everything else though.
