There are many reasons for using entities like Trusts, LLCs is to hold assets, not a business and for privacy and avoid probate when those who establish entities. No income generated by the way either so no taxes due.
Money laundering is a HUGE problem that needs to be addressed. It's a small amount of reporting - that's it. As long as you aren't laundering money you won't be stifled.
@@sitori663 Totally naive to think the govt. will only focus on those suspected of money laundering. This is nothing more than another lever in their master plan in redistributing wealth in their favor, making it easier for their private collection agency, the IRS, to illegally surveil, garnish bank accounts and confiscate assets from all types of small businesses. Typical govt. overreach to suit their needs. George Orwell had it right from day one. With each passing day, we lose out rights to freedom, privacy and control as everything we create will be taken from us sooner or later. Let us not forget that the IRS is the biggest creditor out there - and the one with the most power.

How is this lawful? When was the govt provided the right to make demands like this?
My research of the Treasury rules regulations and statutes apply to foreign Corporations, not one applies to domestic Corporations. 😑
see my comment above to PianoGal. For one, we need a change of administration!
Just like most laws these days - mainly to stifle small businesses
What's that enimity word he mentioned in regards to the trust structure? How do you spell it? I can't find it on Google
@@TheAlkalineHealer he has a whole video on trust structure. That might help
