Hi Cait! The kit from Stitched Modern is Danish, from Danish Handcraft Guild. The fabric is super open. The floss is Danish flower thread, which is so fun to use. :) I'm up for a Winter Wonderland start along!

I also need one of the Gloriana threads for it but having trouble finding it. I saw SO many new patterns I want!! Thank you for another great video.
Ack! I already had Wildflowers but just ordered a piece of seaweed for it from Hollis. Also got Entwined Hearts, that pink moth by Artsy Housewife and her Byron the Blackbird which is adorable. If I’m being honest, I threw in a few more charts too. 🤦🏼♀️ The shipping is so reasonable that I couldn’t help myself. Thanks for the enabling, Caitlyn. 😅

Fremme is very popular in Japan and I’m always surprised they’re not so well known in US….The linen is actually made to go with the Flower threads (1 over 2). They have seasonal patterns, lots of plants, trees and birds and mostly in kits, so enjoy! I have a couple of big kits in my stash.😅

I just started Autumn Town last week on my StartGo board instead of WIPGO lol! Would love to do a SAL with either of the Stacy Nash patterns, I have started the Christmas one and have the Halloween one fully kitted. Come Into My Garden is also fully kitted so definitely in for a startalong with that one so we can both bug Lauren surely :) Are any of these contenders for your BAPtoSchool selection? I also have Wildflowers somewhere b/c I dyed a piece of fabric for that b/c I love the white popping off that fabric.
We have a lot of the same pieces! Wildflowers is really calling me.....let me know if you'd be in the mood to start that soon! I'm still considering my BAPtoSchool piece - there's a few Hands Across the Sea designs that I might kit up before the summer is done....decisions decisions!
You should sell your carrots kit, it doesn’t sound like you’ll ever do it. If you kit all these projects with DMC and specialty threads, what if you need them for another project? Buy duplicates? I make sure I have the threads, but leave them in a “DMC” box or “fancy floss” box so I don’t buy duplicates.
I have a spreadsheet that tracks where all of my DMC is (in my main storage box or what project it is with). If I have an active project, I typically will buy a duplicate, but for a lot of projects I just have notes to remind myself where a particular skein is and "borrow" from projects. It works for me :)
